All created images and videos are saved locally in the in-app Works library, supporting preview, local gallery saving, independent deletion and daily work management. Headola provides paid creative services, where users can purchase coin packs or activate subscription plans to access core AI generation functions and obtain exclusive benefits. Headola does not require any account registration, login verification, identity binding and personal information submission of any form, enabling fully anonymous, password-free and private usage for all users. Headola independently operates the entire creative process relying on self-developed exclusive AI service system, without invoking, accessing, relying on or cooperating with any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical interfaces, third-party data processing services and third-party face analysis tools. Headola will never upload, transmit, synchronize, share, forward or externally store any user original portrait photos, uploaded image materials, personalized style and color selection parameters, temporary AI rendering cache files, final generated images and video works to any third-party institutions, service providers, public network servers and external platforms. Headola implements the strictest full-scenario zero-collection privacy protection mechanism for all user facial information and biometric data. Headola will never collect, scan, identify, extract, analyze, record, store or utilize user facial features, facial key points, facial biometric templates, portrait recognition data, facial contour information and any other personal biological identifiers. Headola is only available exclusively for users who are eighteen years of age or older. All individuals who download, install and use any creative functions, paid coin services and subscription functions of Headola must reach the legal age of majority in their respective countries and regions. Minors are strictly prohibited from downloading, installing and using this application and all its internal services. The application does not provide any functional support, technical services and paid service permissions for minor users. We reserve the right to permanently restrict device access and terminate all usage qualifications once minor usage behavior is identified. All creative behaviors, operation records and usage responsibilities are independently and fully borne by adult users.
All core functional links of Headola, including image intelligent analysis, headband style fitting, color tone adjustment, picture optimization and dynamic video synthesis, are independently completed by the self-developed AI service system, without any third-party technical participation, external resource invocation and third-party data processing. The entire creative generation process adopts a closed local operation mode, with no external data transmission channel. It will never actively scan facial areas, extract facial feature information, analyze facial biometric characteristics and identify user personal identity. All AI processing logics only target the overall styling effect of the picture, without any facial recognition and biometric data collection behavior.
All user uploaded portrait materials are only used for the single creative generation task actively initiated by the user. After the completion of AI generation, all temporary image cache and intermediate processing data will be automatically cleared by the system. Headola will never retain user portrait data, store facial feature information, build user facial databases, and use user facial privacy data for any commercial purposes and technical research. Users' facial privacy and biometric information are fully protected throughout the whole process without any leakage risk.
Headola supports full anonymous usage for all users. Users can use all core creative functions, paid services and content management functions without any account registration, login authentication, real-name binding and personal privacy information submission. The application does not actively collect user names, geographical locations, contact information, device information, network IP addresses and operation logs, and all user usage behaviors are completely anonymous and untraceable.
All user uploaded original portraits and AI-generated headband try-on images and video works are stored locally on the user's device by default. All creative works are independently managed through the built-in Works page, supporting user preview, local gallery saving, content viewing and independent deletion. Deleting local works in the app will not affect the media files that have been saved to the system photo library. The app's photo library and camera permissions are only used to implement shooting, uploading and saving functions required by user creation, and all permissions are only invoked when users actively operate. All local creative data is completely controlled by users, and Headola will not actively upload, back up and share user private creative content to any external platforms.
Users shall use Headola for healthy, positive and legal personal non-commercial portrait styling creation only. Users are fully responsible for all uploaded image materials and generated creative works. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, saving, exporting and sharing any pornographic, vulgar, obscene, violent, bloody, terrorist, illegal and socially inappropriate harmful content. Users are not allowed to create any content that violates public order and good customs, infringes third-party portrait rights, privacy rights and intellectual property rights, or contains false and misleading information.
Users must only upload original portrait images that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to edit and use. Any risks and liabilities caused by unauthorized material uploading and illegal content creation shall be independently borne by users. Headola does not actively monitor users' local creative content and does not transmit any user private data to third-party services, but we reserve the right to terminate user usage qualifications for any prohibited behaviors.
All user uploaded original images and AI-generated headband try-on images and dynamic video works are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Headola will never use user uploaded images and generated creative works for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion and public display, and will never transmit user creative content to any third-party institutions and platforms. Users have absolute independent control over all personal creative works and can freely save, export, share and delete local content.
We reserve the right to appropriately optimize and update this Privacy Policy according to product function iteration and service upgrade needs. The updated policy content will be displayed on the in-app setting page and take effect immediately after publication. Users' continued use of Headola after policy updates will be deemed as automatic acceptance of new policy terms. All policy updates will never change Headola's core privacy protection commitments, including independent operation of self-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
